For NEW archers, there is a mandatory Archery Meeting 6pm, August 20, 2024 at Canyon Ridge Church.

Does this archer have the Genesis Original Bow or will they be renting a bow? Bow Rental is $50 for the season and must be returned at the end of the season.
Archery Team Costs $135 per archer, for the season. This fee covers a T-shirt, State Competition fees, the Turkey Shoot, range maintenance, and team building parties. It does not cover the cost of National & World Competitions or the travel costs incurred with attending these competitions.

THIS IS A RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of the acceptance of this registration request and my participation in this activity, I undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, my assigns and my representatives, assume all risk attendant to participation in the activity and release and forever discharge EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV. its agents, associates, representatives, successors and assigns and any and all other sponsors, their representatives, successors and assigns, for any and all claims for damages which I may have or may hereafter accrue to me for property damages or personal injuries suffered by me in this activity. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in participating in the activity. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this activity. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and archery equipment. If I am signing this on behalf of a minor child, I further authorize the performance of emergency medical treatment for any injury sustained by the minor child during this activity.
PARENTAL CONSENT
I, the below named minor’s parent and /or legal guardian, understand the nature of the above referenced activities and the minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such activity. I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the RELEASES from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor’s account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the RELEASES or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the above RELEASES, I WILL INDEMNITY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the RELEASES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost any RELEASES many incur as the result of any such claim.
EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV requires all shooting participants to wear proper footwear while participating in any shooting activities. Proper footwear is considered sturdy, closed toe shoes. Should a participant choose to shoot without wearing the proper footwear, the participant assumes all liability and risks. EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV and its instructors, coaches, and volunteers will not be responsible for any damages or injuries that may arise from participant not proper footwear. Some examples of improper footwear are but not limited to: sandals, flip-flops, shoes with an extended heel. I hereby release and agree to hold EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the archery range/shop, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV. I understand that this release discharges EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the business with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from EAGLES Homeschool Group, LV. This liability waiver and release extends to the archery range/shop and other practice facilities together with all owners, partners, instructors, coaches, and volunteers.
